Hiking
Adresse: 03780 Pego-Oliva, Valencia, Spain .The Costa Blanca offers excellent infrastructure for hiking: it has hundreds kilometers
of certified trails. Trails that peek at the sea from cliffs and trails that delve into the
loneliest and most remote landscapes in a surprisingly mountainous region.
Offer ranging from long range (LR) trails that allow you to carry out interesting hikes
of over a day, to short range (SR) and local trails (LT). They all allow you to discover
the natural and cultural heritage of the region at your own pace.

MARKED BY UNIQUE VALLEYS AND MOUNTAINS
Sierra de Mariola, Font Roja, Marjal Pego-Oliva, Peñón de Ifach, Sierra Helada,

natural parks located in the Costa Blanca, providing the region with unique and
varied landscapes with certain peculiarities that are guaranteed to surprise visitors,
such as its archaeological heritage, which includes cave paintings and Iberian and
Roman archaeological remains.

Bird-Watching Tours
Adresse: Parc Natural de la Marjal de Oliva-Pego, Spain .At Bellavista Residential, we offer a fascinating holiday in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca, La Marina Alta, just to the north of the province of Alicante. Our position is

Adresse: Orba .Costa Blanca is known for its splendid beaches but however its well known for being one of the most mountainous areas of Spain. The mountains have formed caves, grottos, incredible canyons which provide spectacular paths to be explored by active tourism lovers.

Beaches & Coves
Adresse: Jávea .The main beach in Javea is the Arenal and could be the best beach in the Alciante region because it combines flawless smooth sand, a gentle slope into the sea, great amenities with close proximity to a promenade of Bars and Restaurants. Other beaches in Javea offer different characteristics and I will do my best to describe the main beaches in Javea below.

Adresse: Oliva .Oliva has one of the best go-karting tracks in the Community of Valencia. It stands out for the incredible feeling that you get when you drive the go-kart around such a characteristic track as this one, which is designed so that you reach breakneck speeds. As well as its own Speedy and Super Speedy go-kart models (with a top speed of 110 km/h), the track has two-seater karts so that you can drive in pairs, and there are lots of fun opportunities for children.
El Montgó - Natural Park
Adresse: Dénia .The Natural Park rises 753 metres above sea level and shelters over 650 vegetable species.Amongst these we must point out the kermes oak, the red lavender, maritime fennel, rockrose species, the Valencia rock violet, the rock scabious, the black sabine or the palmetto.
As far as fauna is concerned, you can watch birds as the yellow legged seagull or the Audouin seagull, several crows, ravens and birds of prey (the partridge eagle, a couple of royal owls, common kestrel ad the pilgrim falcon), reptiles, amphibians and mammals such as the fox, rabbit, badger, genet, etc
Natural Parks
Adresse: Montgó, Spain .The greens of the Costa Blanca are very rich in terms of wildlife and are one of the areas in Spain with the highest number of endangered species.
- The Natural Park of the Marjal is a paradise for many birds to breed depending on the different times of the year. The marshes are of 1250 hectares, plays hosts to birdwatching and other nature's activities. Another nature park which is near Bellavista is Montego, a mountain characterized by its white rocks and rare plants
